Okay, finally I have time (I'm not procrastinating). Some of this may be bad, but, I'm certainly trying!! Saturday...two mile walk. Food: Raisin Bran with milk (one serving and 2% milk) chocolate raisins salad with red wine/vinegarette dressing burger w/cheese caffeine free diet pepsi water a small amount of peanut m&m's Sunday...to the nail salon, the mall for a movie and walking the mall to see about getting some suede shoes cleaned. Food: pbj sandwich popcorn chocolate raisins diet pepsi spaghetti with marinara sauce breadstick salad with thousand island dressing Now, I know I'm not eating totally healthy foods. But, I've learned that in proper portions these foods are fine. I've recently read that chocolate can actually assist in weight loss. Raisins are good fiber, so is popcorn. Gotta have protein (the burger and cheese), and I need some carbs to keep my blood sugar from dropping too low (I felt my blood sugar was about to plummet). Gonna do my Denise Austin video, then, go to bed. Current Mood: okay
