    <title>Saturday the 7th and Sunday the 8th</title>

    <content type="html">Okay, finally I have time (I'm not procrastinating).  Some of this may be bad, but, I'm certainly trying!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saturday...two mile walk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;           Food:  Raisin Bran with milk (one serving and 2% milk)&lt;br /&gt;                  chocolate raisins&lt;br /&gt;                  salad with red wine/vinegarette dressing&lt;br /&gt;                  burger w/cheese&lt;br /&gt;                  caffeine free diet pepsi&lt;br /&gt;                  water&lt;br /&gt;                  a small amount of peanut m&amp;m's&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sunday...to the nail salon, the mall for a movie and walking the mall to see about getting some suede shoes cleaned.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;          Food:  pbj sandwich&lt;br /&gt;                 popcorn&lt;br /&gt;                 chocolate raisins&lt;br /&gt;                 diet pepsi&lt;br /&gt;                 spaghetti with marinara sauce&lt;br /&gt;                 breadstick&lt;br /&gt;                 salad with thousand island dressing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, I know I'm not eating totally healthy foods.  But, I've learned that in proper portions these foods are fine.  I've recently read that chocolate can actually assist in weight loss.  Raisins are good fiber, so is popcorn.  Gotta have protein (the burger and cheese), and I need some carbs to keep my blood sugar from dropping too low (I felt my blood sugar was about to plummet).  Gonna do my Denise Austin video, then, go to bed.</content>

    <content type="html">I've not had time to even think about posting here since I created this journal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There's so much to do for my wedding it's awful.  But, I'm up and awake.  I'm actually up early!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, I'm gonna go for a walk.  I need to stop at a bank on the way, and then I'll be working tonight.  So, I can post my "food intake" today.</content>

    <content type="html">Okay, as required by my therapist, I've begun a food log under &lt;span class='ljuser ljuser-name_mish_loses_wait' lj:user='mish_loses_wait' style='white-space: nowrap;'&gt;&lt;a href='http://mish-loses-wait.livejournal.com/profile'&gt;&lt;img src='http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif' alt='[info]' width='17' height='17' style='vertical-align: bottom; border: 0; padding-right: 1px;' /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href='http://mish-loses-wait.livejournal.com/'&gt;&lt;b&gt;mish_loses_wait&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;. Today is the first post. I've not yet eaten today...just woke up. I'll also track my exercise routine here. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Right now, I'm just trying to maintain to be able to fit my wedding dress for my wedding in December.
